What is the Hudson Privilege club?
With Hudson privilege club, customers can earn points when they purchase from selected Hudson stores.
How does it work?
Accumulate points with every purchase over 25euros when shopping in over 30 Hudson retail stores around Malta and Gozo. 25euros = 1 point, 20 points = 50euros free coupon.
How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?
You may join the program by downloading our Hudson privilege app from the App Store or Google Play. How do I earn points?
Hudson privilege members will earn 1 point per €25 spent at any Hudson stores in Malta and Gozo excluding Kiabi and Alcott stores. Purchasing Hudson Coin, Hudson Gift vouchers, and online orders qualify as well.
Prior to paying for your items in-store, please show the barcode linked to your Hudson privilege profile so our Sales team can scan it and add points to your account.

Can I transfer my points?
No. Points cannot be transferred.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the day that they were earned.
How can I check my points balance?
Hudson Privilege App – Your points are visible on your virtual card.
Receipt – Points are visible at the bottom of the receipt.
What happens to my points if I return a product, or an order is cancelled?
In store – Any products that are returned, points will be decreased automatically.
How are points calculated?
Points are calculated per transaction/order depending on the value spent. You earn 1 point with every €25.
No points are earned for purchases under €25 meaning; a purchase of €24.99 will not earn you any points whilst a purchase of a €49.99 will earn you 1 point.
What is a coupon?
When you reach 20 points a coupon is created which is equivalent to a €50 credit and is valid for 6 months.
How many points do I need to receive a coupon?
Coupons are issued with every 20 points earned.
How do I redeem a coupon?
You would need to present your coupon at the cash desk prior to your transaction when in store.
When does my coupon expire?
Coupons expire within 6 months.
Can I extend my coupon?
No, Coupons cannot be extended.
Where is my coupon/s?
Coupons can be found in the coupons section on your Hudson Privilege app.
How do I access my coupon?
You can access your coupons from your Hudson Privilege app.
Why is my coupon no longer active?
This means that your coupon was used or has expired.
My points balance is incorrect, who can I contact?

How do I reset my password?
On the Hudson Privilege app's homepage, click "Forgot password" to reset your password.
How can I change my personal details? or how do I update my information?
Your Hudson Privilege app allows you to update most of your details through the Profile section. If you have questions related to your profile, please contact Customer Service [email protected].
Can an account be terminated?
In its sole discretion, Hudson can terminate any member for any reason, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with program and/or website terms. Terms and conditions apply.
I have my Hudson Privilege app, do I need the loyalty card?
No, there is no need to carry around a physical loyalty card if you have the Hudson Privilege app. Move toward virtual cards to help save the environment!
